Refreshing Change!

Full Service Property Management is pleased to announce a new company-wide initiative titled “Refreshing Change!”  The initiative is patterned off of, and inspired by, the project described in Will Guidara’s book ‘Unreasonable Hospitality‘.   In that book, Will describes the path followed to bring his NYC restaurant ’11 Madison Park’ to be ranked the #1 restaurant in the world!  It is all based on giving the customer more and better service than they could ever expect.

We know it won’t happen overnight.  But by making incremental changes over the next 2-3 years, we intend to be ranked the #1 property management company in Washington state AND the USA!

11 Madison Park serves food — one of the 3 basic requirement of human existence along with clothing and shelter.  Full Service provides shelter, another basic requirement. And while the style and delivery of these basics may not resound with ‘existence’ living, the deep emotions surrounding  these essentials is the same.

“We intend to blow the minds of tenants and owners alike with our service!”, said Peter Nelson, Chairman of the Board and Founder of Full Service.  “This was the exact vision I had when we started the company 15 years ago.  I just didn’t know about Unreasonable Hospitality'”, Peter continued.  “We’ll know we have succeeded when people start talking about our service at cocktail parties and conferences around the country.”, he added.

If you are a client or tenant of Full Service, look for the small, detail-oriented touches that separate Full Service from all of the other property management companies.  If you have questions, reach out to Peter through the Full Service website.
