At Full Service Property Management, we recognize that additional maintenance services can have a significant impact on the look and integrity of your structure. We have put together a series of packages that we believe are key to preserving property. You can subscribe to any or all of them to ensure your property receives the love and care it needs.
A preventative maintenance program reduces the long-term repair costs of a property, helps you plan for cap;ital improvements, preserves asset value of the home, makes for a much-improved tenant experience, and maximizes the rent a property can fetch. Click to the left to learn more.
It is critically important in Seattle to keep roofs, gutters and downspouts operating correctly to wick the water away from the building. We clean the roof of moss, add moss-killer as needed, clean the gutters of leaves and debris, and check downspouts.
Prices starting at $429. We will give you a price in advance of starting work.
Time to shake off the winter and give the yard a face lift! We’ll spend 4 hours doing light weeding, shrub and small tree pruning, weed whacking as necessary, cleaning up planting beds from the winter, and general clean-up of the landscape. Then we’ll haul it all away.
Fall Yard Clean-up. $389
This is pretty much the same as the Spring Clean-up, but also includes installing spigot insulators and checking downspouts and splash blocks. This one gets the yard ready for winter. Tasks include: raking leaves and organic material so it won’t compost right where it is, picking up branches, cutting back dead material, and of course hauling it all off. We find 4 hours in the Spring and 4 hours in the Fall will keep most yards looking their absolute best!
Pressure Washing. $289
You only get 1 chance for a first impression! Scum, algae, mold, and mildew thrive under the sunless Seattle skies. That turns the concrete, masonry, and siding shades of green and black. We will spend up to 4 hours pressure washing the driveway, front walkway, and back patio (for a maximum of 500 sf). Siding is extra.
Deck/Fence Staining. $7/sf
Extend the life of your deck and fence with regular staining. Staining in the Pacific NW should be done every 2-3 years. We will do it every 2 years to be on the safe side. Includes pressure washing, cleaning, and application of an oil-based, semi-transparent stain. Price is $7 per square foot. We will give you a price in advance of starting work.
