Maintenance Technician (Snohomish County)
*IMPORTANT: You must live within Snohomish County to qualify for this position. Please do not apply if you do not live in this area.
We are a family-owned, property management company looking for a motivated, full-time, property manager who can work independently. Our portfolio comprises mostly of single-family homes, multi-plexes, and small apartment buildings in the greater Seattle area (including Snohomish and King counties).

Requirements
> Min. 2 years’ experience in residential property maintenance 
> Fully tooled with hand and small power tools.
> Own a truck or van, SUV, licensed and insured.
> Live in Snohomish County or N. Seattle.
> Be proficient with repair/replacement of electrical/plumbing fixtures.
> Home office w/ desktop computer/laptop, Windows 7 or later, MS Office, Google Suites.
> Smartphone and/or tablet.
Responsibilities
> Be willing to climb on (shallow-pitch) roofs and clean them. We vend out 4:12 pitch roofs.
> Crawl in attics or crawl spaces as needed.
> Administrative tasks including but not limited to time tracking, submitting work orders, uploading receipts, etc.
Job Type
This is a full-time position (40 hrs./wk.). The successful candidate will be screened and tested for drugs. We are a drug-free company and an equal-opportunity employer. You will be asked to sign a 2-year non-compete agreement.
Salary
Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour DOE
