New CEO

Full Service Property Management has a new Chief Executive Officer!  Jordan Martin joined the Full Service team on November 1, and we are almost 90 days into.  The excitement is palpable!  Jordan brings a long career of helping many business organizations grow through his management consulting career.  Full Service feels very lucky to have snagged such a talented individual to lead the organization into its second phase.

Full Service was started by Peter & Ruth Nelson in 2011.  After 15 years of growing the business to 400 doors, the two are easing into semi-retirement.  They will continue to provide strategic vision for the company as members of the Board of Directors, along with Jordan.  “We cannot express well enough our excitement over the addition of Jordan to our organization.  Jordan brings a wealth of business management experience we never knew existed!”, said Peter Nelson, Chairman of the Board.

Jordan is a landlord, and has been a client of Full Service for the past several years.  “I was always impressed with the care and compassion the entire staff took for my property, my tenants, and myself.  When the opportunity was presented to me, it was a ‘no brainer’!  Our values are totally aligned!”, Jordan said.

2026 will be marked with subtle, but significant internal changes to improve service and efficiency.  The company continues to be committed to excellent customer service.  It has launched at the same time a new initiative dubbed ‘Refreshing Change!’, patterned after Will Guidara’s book Unreasonable Hospitality.  More on that later!!
