I’ll admit — when I wrote down the vision and mission statement, I didn’t think they would last, and I didn’t think they were all that important. I thought these statements were something HR framed and put in the hallway on the way to the break room. No one really reads them, do they?
Boy! Was I wrong?!! First of all, these statements have become our identity. Our culture. Our backbone. Our guiding light. It has been amazing. Not only that, but we read and reread these statements continually to remind us.

Vision Statement
To ‘re-invent’ the property management business model and grow this business to a market leader in King and Snohomish Counties — with an unmistakable reputation for integrity, complete customer satisfaction, the highest return on investment for Owners, and the best maintained properties.
Mission Statement
To provide a full suite of caring, responsive, and honest property management services to the greater Seattle residential and multi-family housing markets that is profitable to the owners and company, encourages long-term tenancy from Tenants, and adds value to each relationship; to hear the term “refreshing change” repeated by both Owners and Tenants.
Start With Why
The book and TED talk by Simon Sinek of the same name helped define what we have been all about since 2011. Most companies answer the questions “What?” and “How?” By starting with “Why?”, we are able to get to the fundamental need for fantastic property management! In honor of Simon’s work, and as an application to Full Service Property Management, we offer you the following:
- There is a growing division between landlord and tenant relations in the rental housing industry.
- That division is manifesting itself in increased evictions, homelessness, and tenant-friendly legislation.
- Full Service Property Management bridges that division by bringing compassion and understanding to both perspectives.
- Our policies and tenant screening bring grace, respect, and patience to individual housing issues.
- We manage rental properties for owners for greater returns and less stress for owners.
- We manage tenants to help them succeed in life with their housing choices.
We could have just as easily started in reverse. That is what most property management companies do. By flipping the order, we prioritize a different set of motivations.
We believe landlords and tenants can live harmoniously with mutually respectful goals. It doesn’t have to be an “us” vs. “them” mentality. With the proper focus and alignment of values and goals, it IS possible to create a win-win scenario! We continue to prove it one client, one tenant at a time, for the past 15 years!
