A large focus of any property manager should be to maintain and add value to the properties it manages. Most good property managers do this. But at Full Service PM, we took it a step further! When a tenant moves out is a great opportunity to get in and make some repairs or upgrades. All too often it is a requirement because the tenant did not cleaned up when they left. But even when they do leave a rental in good shape, a tenant turnover is a great time to make repairs or upgrade existing fixtures.
It could be something as simple as shampooing the carpets, or more involved like new paint and carpet. (Or fixing a gutter like the one to the right.) It takes a skilled team to find what needs to be fixed but not overspend. Our team of professioanls work with rentals every day. We know what needs to be fixed and how to fix it.
