A large focus of a good property manager should be to maintain and add value to the properties it manages. Most good property managers do this. But at Full Service PM, we take it a step further! We aren't satisfied handing the reins over to some handyman hoping he will fix it right. We bring the maintenance in-house to make sure we keep both quality and control in check.

Sometimes a house gets to a point where it is still worth saving, but you just really need to wipe the slate clean and start over with a rehab. Just gut the home and start over.

In situations such as these the quickest, easiest, and cheapest route is to back a dumpster up into the driveway and take the house down to a certain level -- sometimes down to the studs, other times down to the sheetrock. Once the house is cleared out new fixtures and systems can be brought in to bring the house new again. The whole process can take from weeks to months, depending on the extent of the rehab.
